Blue Talents Development LLC (BTD) is dedicated to supporting low-income families and individuals with disabilities. We provide training and support services tailored to the unique needs of our community, empowering youth and adults to become self-sufficient and well-rounded.

Mental health challenges are a significant concern for many in our community. BTD is committed to expanding access to essential community resources and services for youth and adults in the Twin Cities. We connect our clients with vital supports such as employment opportunities, educational programs, healthcare, technical training, and public assistance benefits.
